OBLIGATION OF SELLER TO INSURE SHIPMENTS
Seller will insure shipments by [commercial maritime shippers] at full value plus percent. Seller will not insure air freight shipments for more than the minimum coverage offered by the carrier.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
